- Can you make something to my own design?
- Yes — that is most of what we do. Tell us the occasion, the colours and roughly the size, and send a photograph if you have one. We will send you a price, and once you are happy we make it and send you pictures before it goes anywhere.
- How far in advance should I order?
- For something ready-made, a few days. For custom work, two to three weeks is comfortable and gives us time to get the right materials. For Christmas and other busy seasons, as early as you can — we set a cutoff date each year and it always arrives sooner than people expect.
- How much does a custom piece cost?
- It depends on the size and the materials, so we price each one rather than guessing on a page. Tell us what you have in mind and roughly what you would like to spend — we would far rather work to your budget than send you a number that is no use to either of us.
- Do you deliver?
- We deliver by hand in our own area, and post everywhere else. Collection is free if you would rather come to us. The exact area, cost and timings are on our delivery page.
- How long will a fresh wreath last?
- Outdoors in cool weather, several weeks. Indoors or in direct sun, considerably less — a front door with the afternoon sun on it is the hardest place a wreath can live. Misting it every couple of days makes more difference than anything else.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- Send us a photograph at our email address within 48 hours of it arriving and we will put it right — a replacement, a repair or a refund, whichever suits you. Things occasionally have a hard time in transit and we would always rather know.
- Can I book you to decorate my home?
- Yes. We come to you, bring everything, and put it up — most often at Christmas, but for parties and events too. Pick a day on our services page and we will confirm it, or ask us first if you are not sure what you need.
- Do you take deposits?
- For custom work and bookings, yes. The deposit pays for the materials we buy for your piece and holds the date for you, and the balance is due once the work is done. Ready-made orders from the shop are paid in full at checkout.
