Delivery and collection
Last updated September 16, 2026
We get things to people three ways.
Collection. Free, from us, at a time we agree. We will tell you when your order is ready rather than leaving you to guess.
Local delivery. We deliver by hand within our area, which means we can carry something fragile that a courier would not. There is a charge and a minimum order, both shown at checkout.
Post. Everything else goes by courier, packed for its size and fragility. You will get a tracking link when it leaves us.
How long it takes depends on what you ordered. Ready-made pieces go out within a few days. Custom work takes as long as it takes to make properly — we agree a date with you before starting, and we tell you if anything changes.
Seasonal work is different. In the run-up to Christmas we set a cutoff date, published on the site, after which we cannot promise anything for the holiday.
If nobody is in when a delivery arrives, the courier will leave a card. For fresh flowers, please make sure somebody can take them in.
